A wonderful weekend

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend. Brent's dad Stan, his step mom Jill, and his brother Stan came to visit and meet the boys for the first time. They went to Brendan's soccer game and then came back to the house for some hamburgers. My parents also joined us. We had a great time and thank God every day for these relationships! We are so blessed!

My mom took this picture Labor Day weekend of Brendan, Chase, and my sweet little nephew Gaven. (I could claim him as one of mine, I think). They are sitting on a large tree branch. My dad was behind them making sure no one got hurt though.

First Day of School

Brendan started 2nd grade on August 25th. Chase also moved to a new class room at day care!

Mom, Where's my tooth?

Brendan lost the first of his top teeth on August 23rd. The second front top tooth fell out on Tuesday, August 26th. Thank goodness because he looked really funny with the one tooth just hanging on!

There was one major disappointment though. The tooth fairy was a little under the weather and forgot to leave the money! She came the next night but there was some major explaining to do!
